Terms of Service

The terms for using AlwaysHello’s business communication services.

Effective date: September 28, 2026   ·   Last updated: September 28, 2026

Using AlwaysHello

These Terms describe the conditions for using AlwaysHello.ai and AlwaysHello’s AI receptionist, call-handling, and social messaging services. You must have authority to use the service and, when acting for a business, to accept terms and authorize processing for that business. If a separately signed agreement applies, that agreement controls where its terms conflict with this page. Your accepted order or service plan controls its specific services and pricing.

The service is intended for adult business users. Keep your account and contact information accurate, protect login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to support@alwayshello.ai.

Service features and limitations

Available features depend on your plan, configuration, platform permissions, and connected systems. Features may include answering calls, collecting caller details, transferring calls, organizing social messages, generating responses, and retrieving authorized business information.

AI-generated information can be incomplete or incorrect. Review your business instructions, knowledge, integrations, and outgoing-response settings. Verify important details before relying on a response, and use human review where accuracy or consequences require it. AlwaysHello does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful transfers, every message’s delivery, or a particular sales result.

AlwaysHello is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it to dispatch emergency assistance or provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Contact emergency services directly when needed.

Your business’s responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you provide, the people you authorize, and how your business uses the service. Configure appropriate hours, destinations, response approvals, and access permissions.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to connect accounts, access business systems, and process customer information. Provide required notices and obtain any consent required for AI-assisted communications, call recording, message processing, and follow-up. Whether a notice or consent is required depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

Use the service only for authorized, lawful communications. Do not use it for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful discrimination, unsolicited or prohibited messaging, or attempts to access another business’s records. Do not bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or submit material you have no right to use.

Facebook, Instagram and other providers

Connecting a third-party account authorizes AlwaysHello to use the permissions you grant to provide the configured features. Your use must also comply with the relevant platform’s terms and policies. A platform may restrict, change, or revoke API access, account permissions, message delivery, or other functionality.

Authentication tokens can expire or be revoked, and a connection may need to be renewed. You can revoke platform permissions and contact support to disable an AH connection. Disconnecting a platform does not, by itself, delete records already held by AH; see Data Deletion Instructions.

Plans, charges and cancellation

Applicable fees, included usage, additional usage charges, billing frequency, optional services, and any trial or activation terms are those disclosed in your accepted order or account plan. Review them before authorizing a purchase. We will not treat this page alone as authorization for a new payment or a price change.

To request cancellation, contact support@alwayshello.ai from your account email and identify your business and the service you want to cancel. Support will confirm the effective date and any remaining charges under your agreement. Usage already incurred and other agreed amounts may remain payable. Refunds are governed by your accepted agreement and applicable law; these Terms do not remove mandatory refund rights.

Export any records you need before ending a service, subject to applicable privacy rights and retention obligations. Ask support about phone-number and connection consequences before cancellation. Ending service and requesting deletion are separate requests.

Your content and our service

You retain your rights in business content you provide. You authorize AlwaysHello and the providers involved in delivering the service to process that content and customer communications as needed to provide your configured services, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. You remain responsible for having the necessary rights and authority.

AlwaysHello retains its rights in its software, branding, and service materials. Your service access does not transfer ownership of those materials. Do not redistribute or misuse them except as authorized or permitted by law.

Privacy and data requests

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, service providers, cookies, and privacy choices. Our Data Deletion Instructions explain how to request removal of information. Businesses using AH remain responsible for their own customer notices, permissions, and responses to requests concerning their business records.

Changes, suspension and responsibility

We may maintain, update, or change features. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful activity, misuse, nonpayment under an accepted agreement, or a provider restriction. We will give notice where reasonable and appropriate, subject to urgent security or legal needs.

To the extent permitted by law and subject to any separate agreement, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that it will be error-free or suitable for every particular purpose. Responsibility for a claim is determined by applicable law and any separately agreed terms. Nothing on this page excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates and questions

Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate or required, and additional acceptance will be requested where necessary. An update does not retroactively change an already accrued obligation or authorize a new charge.

For questions, account issues, cancellation, or a dispute, contact support@alwayshello.ai and include your business name and account email. AlwaysHello operates from California, United States.
