Data Deletion Instructions

Request removal of information held by AlwaysHello, including data received through Facebook or Instagram.

Effective date: September 28, 2026   ·   Last updated: September 28, 2026

1. Send a deletion request

Email support@alwayshello.ai with the subject AlwaysHello data deletion request.

Include only the details needed to locate your information:

  • Your name and a reply email address.
  • The business you contacted or the AH business/account you manage.
  • The relevant Facebook or Instagram username, or the phone number used for a call, as applicable.
  • An approximate date or date range and what you want deleted—for example, a conversation, a connected account’s data, or your AH account.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, full payment-card numbers, or identity documents in the initial email. We will explain any additional verification needed.

Email a deletion request

This opens your email application. A request is submitted only when you send the email. This page does not automatically delete records.

2. We verify and locate the records

We may need to verify your identity or your authority to act for the account or business. Verification is intended to prevent unauthorized deletion or disclosure. We will request only what is reasonably necessary for the request.

If the information belongs to a business’s customer records and AH processes it for that business, we may coordinate with the business or direct you to it. A business administrator cannot request another business’s data. If you are an authorized agent, explain that relationship when contacting us.

3. We process the request and confirm the outcome

Depending on the request and applicable obligations, deletion can cover information such as stored messages and comments, sender identifiers, transcripts, call recordings, summaries, related draft or reply records, and account connection information, including stored authorization tokens.

We will respond within applicable legal time limits and explain the outcome or any information still needed. Some records may need to be retained for a permitted legal, billing, dispute, security, or fraud-prevention reason. Backup copies may remain until their retention cycle ends, subject to appropriate restrictions. We will explain relevant limitations rather than promise that every copy disappears immediately.

Keep your request email and any response as your reference. You can follow up by replying to the same email thread.

Stop a Facebook or Instagram connection

If you manage the connected account, you can also remove AlwaysHello’s authorization through Facebook or Instagram’s settings for connected apps, websites, or business integrations. Select the AlwaysHello connection and use the platform’s option to remove its access. Available menu names depend on the platform and account.

Email support@alwayshello.ai to ask us to disable the matching connection in AH and, if desired, delete information already received. Revoking access alone does not automatically remove AH’s existing records, cancel your AH subscription, or remove another independently authorized connection.

What an AH deletion request does not remove

AlwaysHello cannot delete a Facebook or Instagram account, messages or posts held independently by Meta, another person’s inbox, or a business’s separate copies outside AH. Use the relevant platform’s tools or contact the business for those records. If a request also needs action by a provider involved in AH’s processing, we will handle or coordinate it as appropriate.

Removing an account connection can prevent future messages from appearing in AH and can affect related features. Tell us if you want to delete particular records while keeping a service active.

Other privacy choices

For access or correction requests, use the same support address and describe what you need. For information about cookies and website tracking, visit Your website privacy choices. The Meta advertising Pixel is disabled on the homepage and signup page. Disconnecting a social account and requesting deletion of stored records are separate actions.
