There is no setup charge for normal implementation and training. Standard setup generally takes about three hours. Special, custom or advanced requests are welcome at $75 per hour, with an estimate provided before the work begins. Standard support from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM is included in the monthly fee.

For $50/month, AlwaysHello can connect to approved live business data so callers can receive current answers about schedules, availability, pricing, inventory, payment information, or other approved data.
Your AI Receptionist includes 200 call minutes each month. Usage begins when AlwaysHello answers and ends when the original call disconnects, including transfer waiting time and a transferred conversation. Each call is rounded up once to the next full minute. Usage above 200 minutes is $0.20 per minute.
